(And Brush, and Geraldi, and I can't believe I'm still going. I should do a full list after work later.
And then people with missing limbs/body parts include but aren't limited to; Tane, Brush, Fitzroy, Silvius, Reet...
But, yeah.. The flu and the Great War was very difficult on many people. Lear and Miles wouldn't mind explaining and answering questions though.)

Re: *sits in a tree rp*
(Hey.)
2:15pm; (The Influenza Pandemic [simpy called The Fever, by my people, as that's the most common and noticable symptom] was a tragedy that arose and killed nearly 65% of the world's population. The cause couldn't ever be pinpointed, but patient zero was most likely someone on one of the dismantled ships that had the illness [perhaps intentional as a form of biological warfare]. My people, never being exposed to the flu before, had no natural resistance to the virus. A lot of the troops who were fighting at the time were spared, because they didn't have any contact with people in the towns, however people trying to live normally were exposed to the spreading virus, but harmless activities such as going to see friends and relatives in other towns, going to the trading posts, and just general travel.)

Re: *sits in a tree rp*
(I started thinking on it a little more to see if I could twist it to fit the senario better and that's what I got. xD
Lear would be one of the best at explaining how the disease progresses, since that's how he lost Seraphina. The only reason Daniel and Qwara were spared is because when she fell ill, they'd been sent somewhere less affected by it, so they had a lower chance of catching it.)

(Ooooooh!
Thanks! I figure, biological warfare could possibly be a culprit [plus, you don't want to send sick people on space missions when they might not have the means to treat whatever], since they have a lot of precious metals. It's totally reasonable to believe someone would send a few sick people in hopes of weakening the population to make it easier to either iraticate the rest or at least surpress them.)

Re: *sits in a tree rp*
(Bruh that reminds me of what the grounders did to the sky people in the 100.
They captured the dude the sky people kicked out, tortured him for information, then infected him with some virus and sent him back to their camp, infecting almost everyone else.
They also did this like a day before a planned attack. If I remember right.)

(Oh shit!! It's funny, because I've never actually watch it, but obviously me and the creators have something in common. xD
Also look at the English giving Native Americans blankets infected with smallpox.
Even in the 6th century, people were tainting enemies wells with a fungus that made them delerious.
It's an efficient way of weakening an opposing force.
Also, Edin and Anima notice a lot of people with what look like self inflicted wounds on their palms, however due to lack of the other half of most couples, it probably looks like a very strange ritual.)

Re: *sits in a tree rp*
(Biological warfare had always been practiced, even in primitive society, so it's probably safe to assume so!
Plus, with my peoples' lack of contact with the outside world, it's extremely likely the flu could do hell on their numbers, since they've never been exposed to it or had to treat it. Makes for a perfect, non-lethal to the attacking party's numbers, biological weapon.
Just a bunch of people walking around with two parallel scars on either one palm or the other, lol. Until Edin remembers what Fade said about his necklace and realizes he has them too.
Or someone explains, but option one is much more dramatic and life changing. xD)

(They, accidentally, have really good chemistry. Good job. You made him a friend. xD
SHE FINDS HIM PACING THE BARRACK'S HALLS ONE NIGHT, LOOKING A WRECK AND IT TAKES SOME EXTRA PERSUADING, BUT HE DOES TALK TO HER.)

Re: *sits in a tree rp*
(I'M SO PROUD OF YOU THOUGH. EVEN THOUGH IT WASNT ON PURPOSE.
It's most likely really late at night when he decides to tell her, since he's less than prone to talk [especially about himself] around a lot of people.
At which point, Edin would realize why he's always nice to her in his own weird kind of way.
Or perhaps while he's practicing, though he generally does it alone. She may have asked to see after hearing a lot of the rumors and he agreed, even if a little reluctantly at first.
He'd gone out to get some food for everyone and she wanted to go look around and went with him, so she didn't get lost or kidnapped or killed.
Just throwing out senario we can flesh out. xD)

(Oooooh.
She catches him with the coat off once and realizes just how beat up he really is and comes to realizes that's probably not even half of the scars he has.
She finds him just laying aroun one day, not like his normal fidgety self, because it's just one of those days where he's in a lot of physical pain.)

(He'd insist that he "is perfectly fine," in either situation though since he's so stubborn about it.
THEY WILL HAVE MANY GREAT INTERACTIONS.)
6:28pm; (Fade goes off to... do whatever he does for work, lol. Kill people, eat small children, burn villages... He didn't ever tell Wdin exactly what he does, she just knows it's dangerous. He doesn't come back in a day or two and she starts lowkey worrying.)
